Support the Program

for every donated poster kit we can provide, hundreds of students get access to the stories of real world scientists.

Society asks a lot of our teachers. Many are expected to cover the costs of vital classroom resources like pencils and paper. That’s why most of our resources are available to educators and students for free.

However, there’s something special about having a physical poster in your learning environment — it’s a way for students to connect with that scientist a little bit every day, to be constantly reminded of what they do and what they have in common, and to slowly but surely break any stereotypes that they held about what scientists look, act, or think like.

To ensure that the poster kits are accessible to everyone, we’ve been collecting a growing list of teachers, librarians, and informal educators who are interested in receiving a donated poster kit.

Each poster kit contains 20+ large, full-color posters featuring the images and stories of our featured scientists.

By donating what you can towards the costs of poster kits, you're helping us to make sure that this vibrant part of the program can reach as many students as possible.
