Help us reach 10,000 classrooms.

So far, we’ve donated over 70% of our poster sets to schools across the US, but we’re almost out!

Help us raise the money we need to print more posters and continue to serve classrooms.

SERVing CLASSROOMS NATIONWIDE

We need your support to deliver inclusive resources to as many STEM classrooms as possible.

Our online toolkits are free, but that doesn’t mean they’re cheap! Our new stories, program management, donations, and production runs all rely on the support of funders and donors. Your support will help us ensure every student has a chance to see themselves in worldshaping STEM careers!

Fund a Collection

For every donated collection we can provide, hundreds of students get access to the stories of real world scientists.

We’re expanding our collections in line with three priorities: (1) Worldshaping fields in line with UN Sustainable Development goals, (2) City-focused collections, and (3) alignment with The Plenary, Co.’s programs. Work with us to identify a collection theme that aligns with your priorities and your support can help bring it to life!

What’s in it for you?

Focus on the fields or UN Sustainable Development goals you care about.

Increase visibility of STEM careers in under resourced communities.

Feature your organization on nationwide and global-reaching content.

Sponsor a City

Want to make an impact in a whole city? Help by paying for the costs for us to produce and donate posters to schools in your city!

By putting posters in classrooms around your city, you can ensure your local community classrooms are exposed to inspiring people, purpose, and pathways in STEM fields.

What’s in it for you?

Support students in your local community.

Focus the collection on the industries that have the biggest local impact.

Expand the effort by supporting a city-specific collection.

There’s something special about having a physical poster in your learning environment — it’s a way for students to connect with that scientist a little bit every day, to be constantly reminded of what they do and what they have in common, and to slowly but surely break any stereotypes that they held about what scientists look, act, or think like.

Our number one priority is designing resources that both teachers and students want to use, to unlock high impact and emerging fields for everyone. To keep our resources free, beautiful, and high quality, we need your support.

Each story and collection is carefully crafted to be culturally and psychologically accessible, so that every student has a chance to see themselves in STEM.

By supporting I Am a Scientist, you're helping to co-create a future where STEM fields are their most inventive, inclusive, and impactful.

Looking to make a smaller or one-time contribution?
